Everything here is made by hand by a very small number of people, which means whoever poured your jar is the one who reads your email. Write about anything.
Where is my order
Nothing is pre-made, so give us 1 to 3 business days on the bench before the tracking number arrives. The full timeline, and what happens if a parcel turns up wrong, is on the shipping and returns page.
Skin, allergies, ingredients
Every ingredient we use has its own entry in the ingredient index, and each product page lists exactly what is in that formula. If you are checking for a specific allergen and cannot find the answer there, ask and we will read you the batch sheet.
We are not able to give medical advice, and nothing we make is a treatment for a condition. For anything beyond dry skin, please ask a doctor or a pharmacist first.
