To send you a parcel we need a name, a postal address, an email address and a phone number for the courier. You give those to Stripe at checkout and we see them on the order.

We never see your card. The number is typed into Stripe's own checkout page, on Stripe's servers, and what comes back to us is a confirmation that the payment succeeded and the last four digits.

Stripe processes the payment and holds the order record. Vercel hosts the site and keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses. The carrier gets your name, address and phone number, because otherwise it cannot deliver anything.

That is the entire list. We do not sell, rent or trade customer details, we do not run advertising pixels, and there is no analytics script on this site.

Order records are kept for seven years, because Australian tax law requires it. If you have asked to hear about new batches, we keep your email address until you tell us to stop.

Write to info@letitbebotanicals.com.au and you can have a copy of everything we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted except for what the tax rule above obliges us to keep. We will answer within thirty days.

If we ever get that wrong, you can take it to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

The cart is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It never reaches us as a cookie. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to spot fraud, which is Stripe's to explain and is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.
