Shipping and returns

Shipping is a flat $12 to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand, whatever the parcel weighs. Orders of $120 or more ship free, and the discount is applied at checkout rather than claimed afterwards.

We do not ship outside those two countries yet. Cosmetics carry import rules that vary by market and we would rather send nothing than send something that gets held at a border.

Nothing is sitting in a warehouse. Your order goes on the bench and is usually poured, labelled and packed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once it is handed over, allow a further 3 to 7 business days. You will get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves us. Those transit figures are the carrier's, not ours, and they stretch in December.

If a parcel arrives broken, leaking, short, or not what you ordered, write to us with your order number and a photograph and we will replace it or refund it. You choose which. There is no time limit on that and you do not need to send the damaged jar back.

This is separate from anything below. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including a right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss.

Unopened and unused items can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of what you paid for the goods. Return postage is yours unless the return is our fault. Write first so we know to expect it.

Opened skincare cannot be resold or restocked, so a change of mind on an opened jar is not something we can take back. A reaction or a fault is a different matter, and that is covered above. If the product is not right for your skin, tell us what happened. We would rather know.

Refunds go back to the card that paid, through Stripe. Once we send it, it is with your bank, which usually takes five to ten business days to show it.
