Every price on this site is in Australian dollars and includes GST where GST applies. Prices can change, and the one that binds is the one shown when you check out.

We try hard to describe and photograph accurately. Batches of an infused oil vary in colour by season, so a balm will not always be exactly the shade in the picture. That is the material behaving like a plant, not a defect.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email you a confirmation. If something is out of stock, mispriced, or we simply cannot pour it, we may decline the order and refund you in full, and we will tell you why.

Everything is made in small batches by hand, so quantities are genuinely limited and we may cap how much of one item a single order can take.

These are cosmetic products for external use. They are not medicines. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and none of it replaces advice from a doctor or a pharmacist.

Botanical ingredients are common allergens. Read the ingredient list on the page and on the jar, patch test on a small area first, and stop using it if your skin objects. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or treating a broken or inflamed area, ask a professional before you start.

Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid for them.

These terms are governed by the law of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
